- 300g watermelon, diced
- 4 mint leaves
- 2 tbls (30mls/2 serves) Wellgrove Immune Support or Heart Health Extra Strength Olive Leaf Extract
- 1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
- 2 kiwi fruit, skin removed & diced
- Icecream/popsicle moulds & wooden sticks
Place watermelon, mint, ½ cup of the yogurt, and Wellgrove OLE into a high powered blender or Nutribullet. Blend until smooth. Pour into icecream moulds to fill ¾ of each mould. Place a wooden stick into the middle of each mould. Freeze for 1 hour or until the top is set.
Spoon the remaining yogurt on top of the watermelon mixture in each mould to fill ½ the remaining space. Freeze for 1 hour or until the top is set. Crush with a fork or blend the kiwi fruit until smooth. Pour unto the moulds to fill the remaining space. Freeze overnight or until set.
