INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower, chopped
  • 2 tbls rolled oats
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbls (15ml) Wellgrove Immune Support Olive Leaf Extract Natural Flavour Liquid
  • Toppings – fresh cherries, strawberries, rolled oats or muesli (optional)

METHOD

Add all ingredients (except toppings) into a high powered blender or Nutribullet. Blend until smooth. Top with additional toppings of choice.
